All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been confirmed. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the customer’s location.

Order Tracking
When available, tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped. Customers will receive a confirmation email containing shipment details.

GR Studios is not responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees applied by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address. We cannot guarantee address changes after an order has been processed.
